Individual Exercise Psychology sessions
Our 50 minute sessions give you 1-1 access with your consultant to work on the areas that will help you to develop a positive mind-body relationship and live a fulfilling active lifestyle. We work with a wide range of individuals including those looking for a sustainable active lifestyle, to achieve a long-term healthier weight, or to manage physical activity around injury and illness. We also work with coaches, fitness instructors and personal trainers to develop psychological skills essential to creating effective exercise settings.
